Tzatziki spices

Tzadziki spice mix is ​​very versatile. It is intended for people who like dried onions, dill, celery.

We use it for sauces, salads, mashed potatoes, soups, pancakes, vegetable and meat dishes.

A few tips on where to use Tzadziki spices:

1. Tzadziki sauce - mix the spices with Greek yogurt, grated fresh cucumbers (you can also use red or pickled ones) and add a little salt (salt to taste)

2. Mashed potatoes - before 10 - 5 min. until the end of cooking, add tzadziki spices so that the spices swell and finish cooking. It is important that when you add the spices, you should not pour the water, because the spices will also spill out. Then we pour milk, butter and rub mashed potatoes.

3. When making potato pancakes or zucchini pancakes, add tzadziki spices.
